Like you, I have been so inspired and delighted as I watched the recent Paris Olympics. 

I was amazed by the skill, by the vulnerability, by the courage, by the willingness to suffer and sacrifice that was demonstrated by the athletes that participated. And I took notes. Because I wanted to remember the things I learned by watching other people pursue their dreams.
