Welcome to today's podcast. This morning we are diving into 1 Peter 1:13-21. Our theme for the month is Christianity, A Distinct Identity, and today's topic is "Called to be Holy". This passage urges believers to live holy, hopeful lives in light of their salvation.

The Apostle Peter calls Christians to discipline their minds, abandon their former sinful desires, and model their behaviour after God's holiness. We are encouraged to fix our hope entirely on the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to discontinue our old practices and stop conforming to the old ways of life.
