Episode 28 - Be quiet

Women have so many roles daughter, mother, sister, wife, friend, employee to name a few. Each of these roles takes from us mentally, physically and emotionally. We hide behind our fake smiles and loving hearts. Hiding the pain we feel. We are the glue that holds it all together, but who is there at our weakest moments. Of course we find strength in God, but we need a support system. That is what strength of a woman is all about. These recordings are uplifting words of encouragement to give strength in those times when it is most needed. In these trying times we need more strength than ever. As well as give tips on things to make life better and easier. Allow me to be the one you lean on.
