Libby Cudmore (@LibbyCudmore) joins Drew in Panda's absence to conclude the Vic/Garza/Kern storyline. Vic works to establish a new leader of the Biz Lat gang and make peace with Kern. Dutch and Claudette work to identify the shooter in a case that is linked to Vic's case. Danny returns to fight for her job back.
