Earth Day happens every year on April 22nd.  To celebrate the 51st year Not a Roofers Podcast is spending some time on the podcast to discuss the environmental impact of roofing.  Every industry creates waste and the roofing industry is no different.  However, the amount of waste the roofing industry creates each year is drastic, and its' time that we start talking about it, and how to change the industry for the better.  Join the hosts for todays episode, and learn about ways the industry can decrease its carbon footprint.

Meet Your Hosts:

Breianna Dahl is the Marketing Manager for Roof Medics.  After graduating with a double-major in English and Communication Studies at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, Breianna was offered a position with the family roofing company.  Since starting with the company Breianna has started a Roof Medics Blog along with creating all the social media accounts for Roof Medics on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Charity Schultz is the Controller for Roof Medics.  Once leaving her job as a substitute teacher and having her daughter, Charity accepted a position with the family roofing company.  Since starting with the company Charity has completed a certificate course for accounting.
