Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1971 13-year-old Charlie Brandt shocks the community when he tries to kill his family, successfully killing his pregnant mother with several gunshots as she relaxed in the bath. His father and 3 sisters would survive the attack. Due to Charlie’s age there was nothing the courts could do so Charlie was never charged, and the family relocated and went on living their lives as if nothing ever happened. Then in 2004 in Orlando, Florida Charlie Brandt would strike again only this time would his crimes reveal a sick and twisted perversion leading investigators to look into cold cases with shocking similarities and finally being able to close at least one from 1989.
