Episode 28: Owners vs. Hobbyist

Routinely, Brody harasses Mo about eventually becoming a gym owner.  Luckily with Mo’s experience in business management courtesy of the military, he’s got some understanding of the financial side of business.  It’s that type of experience absolutely necessary? No really, but it does not hurt.

But before you decide to take that leap into the world of ownership, have you thought about who’s cleaning the bathrooms? Are you going to pay your coaches? How much should your pay per square inch for your building? What do you need to charge for memberships?  How much equipment should you buy?
