David Mead is the Co-Author of the book, “Find Your Why”, which he wrote with industry leader Simon Sinek. After meeting Simon in 2009, the two began to work together and from there, their professional relationship flourished into the great partnership it is today. Together, they continue to change recruiting, leadership, and organizational culture day by day.
