So said Dietrich Bonhoeffer in the 1930s as the mainline Church in Germany continued to play at religion whilst abandoning the authority of Scripture and forsaking their Jewish brothers and sisters to the lordship of Hitler.  

What about our day?  Does it make sense to "celebrate" the live birth of Jesus whilst facilitating the killing of countless babies in our land and even in our churches before birth?  Do we really love the baby king Jesus when in our actions we are siding more with Herod than with the Magi?  What does God think of our candles and services, our singing and our decorations, when we allow his image-bearers to be desecrated through the calculated violence of "abortion", without so much as a word of protest?  Can a churches knee-deep in child sacrifice, with no signs of turning back, truly have "Merry Christmas" on their lips?   To join the movement to end "abortion", go to cbruk.org/join.
