Dr. Zaki Azam is an Internal Medicine physician from Syosset, Long Island. He completed his training in NYC, and he went into medicine aspiring to offer people assistance in the most vital aspects of their life: their health. He is passionate about global health and public health advocacy; his work has brought him to medical missions around the world including Nicaragua, India and China. His hobbies include traveling, having visited more than 30 countries and recently learning to fly himself. He loves to express his experiences through journalism and photography and hopes to be a medical correspondent for a major news network in the future.
