Dr. Anne O'Brien realized that her career in production would be an uphill battle, and after a few events it became time to quit. Because of her circumstances and experiences, Dr. O'Brien continued on to be an educator as an assistant professor at Maynooth University in Ireland. She now also serves as a researcher on gender inequality in media work.
