How to handle client’s expectations

When handling clients’ expectations, you as a Lash Artist need to Stay Professional but also FIRM.

Scenario 1 

Client with little lashes says: Last time, my lashes were not a full as I want them to be, can they be fuller today?

How would you respond to this? 

 

Scenario 2

Clients not showing or Clients running late

How would you handle this?

All of these are usual scenarios that we, Lash Artists encounter and with this episode, I want to impart my knowledge on how I handle these situations as well.
