Today we're joined by some amazing people from Kansas who represent one of my favorite trail races, the Hawk 100. The Hawk is a trail marathon, 50 mile, and 100 mile event on the beautiful trails of Clinton Lake State Park near Lawrence Kansas. As a Kansas boy myself, this race is extra special to me, and is permanently on my race calendar each year. Sherrie Klover, Ami Weidler-Hyten, and Gary are all co directors and we’re pumped to have them!
