Josiah talks about why he started his organization (Music Changing Lives), celebrating 23 years of business, helping the youth, helping the community, the work that he and his team is doing in the community, life challenges, life lessons, raising his sons, the legacy that he wants to create for his sons, being surrounded with people that are in his best interest, not listening to the naysayers, and remembering an old saying that his grandfather use to tell him- "Take care of your business and your business will take care of you"
