After that, they get into a Lightning Round of recapping the past week's athletics action, and previewing what is coming up next on campus. Finally, they each give their Star of the Week. 

In the second segment, Senior Women’s Golfer Serafina Maerten brings Ram Nation the fourth and final installment of her "New Team on the Green" miniseries, which examines the creation of the Women’s Golf Program here at Shepherd. In part 4, Serafina chats with some dedicated members of the community to get their perspective on the creation of the team, what it means to them, and how it impacts the Ram community.
