Located east of Sacramento, with easy access to Highway 50, Pollock Pines is ideal for people who love to ski as it’s only 35 miles from Sierra At Tahoe…. Residents of Pollock Pines don’t get all the foggy winter days like Sacramento has… Residents do get to live surrounded by pine trees and peaceful home sites, yet can drive a short distance to nearby Placerville when they want to shop or go to a restaurant… Pollock Pines is about an hour to downtown Sacramento and 67 miles to the Sacramento Airport.

I selected Pollock Pines because only two single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 47 single family homes available in Pollock Pines with this past summer seeing the most available inventory in five years…..
