The world's greatest long-course triathletes took to the waves and lava fields of Hawaii a couple of weeks ago for this year's Ironman World Champs, and records fell left, right and centre. The Norwegian machine Gustav Iden smashed the course record to take the men's title, and Chelsea Sodaro became the first American female winner in over 25 years by destroying a super strong field to take the women's crown.
