Dave and Tony welcome Haley York to the program.  Haley is a former Division I rower at The University of Massachusetts. Originally from California Haley has recently begun taking her CrossFit training seriously - she seemed to come out out of nowhere to finish inside the top 250 in the U.S. in the 2019 CrossFit Open.  And she’s just getting started.  Find out how she has set herself up for success, and how her personal drive makes for great community building and what it may take for her to get to the top.  Don’t be afraid to leave your mark.
