In this episode, I’m diving into a belief that so many women over 35 have been sold for years: that feeling slower, weaker or less confident on court must simply be “age.”

I don’t buy that.

The truth is, women don’t just decline after 35. Often, they’ve simply stopped training the qualities that make them feel athletic.

I’m talking about strength, power, speed, deceleration, recovery and the confidence that comes from trusting your body again.

I share why I’m playing better netball in my 40s than I did in my 20s, how de-training gets mistaken for aging, and what women can do to rebuild the force, intent, and resilience that keep them strong on court and in life.
