As a homeschooling mom of 5, I went from a depressed coffee addict to being passionate about our life’s stories. We all are a product of our past, but the stories we tell ourselves don’t have to keep us stuck.
As a life and soul coach, I help people gain a clear understanding to what they need in life discuss tools to help them get it. I’ve done 6 years post secondary education in the Teaching realm and love good, deep conversations about things that matter.
