This episode is the second of four episodes recorded live at the Twenty Minute Collaborations Salon in December in Madison, WI. 

Christine Ameigh has her bachelors degree from San Diego State University. She returned to Madison, Wisconsin in 2011 and opened the her food cart, Slide. This endeavor turned into a catering company as well and now is Slide Gourmet Potato Chips. She is also the founder of Christine's Kitchens, a commercial kitchen that has allowed countless local businesses to start and flourish in Madison. Her latest endeavor, Boxes of Fun, is a partnership with Something Special from Wisconsin to support small businesses throughout the state. In the middle of the lock down, Christine created a way that locally made goods could be delivered keeping businesses running.
