Grotesque Tea, is a dark podcast that covers true crime, as well as the creepy, macabre, and supernatural. As such, may not be suitable for all audiences. Listeners discrimination, is advised.
This month, we head to the coal mines as we talk about the labor strike and subsequent clashes between the Colorado Fuel and Iron Company, the Colorado National Guard, and the United Mine Workers of America that resulted in the deaths of at least 69, 400+ arrests, Courts Martial, and gave us the 8 hour work day.
Editor's Note: As an active union member and steward, who HAS been on strike, I would be remiss to not share a list of active labor disputes on a live updating map which can be found here:

We don't cross picket lines in this house and remember. Strikes are SUPPOSED to be disruptive. If a company is under strike, even if your location isn't, please respect the strike by not going. This means no Starbucks until the strike ends!
