This episode is a little different from the norm in some ways, but it similar in most ways.  While my guest, Andy Santoro, isn't a first responder, she is a reporter that covers many of those same calls that first responders answer.

We learn what effect this has on the reporter.  We also learn how she prepares to cover those challenging and often sensitive stories with respect and dignity.  Of course, we find plenty of reasons to laugh and have tons of fun during this episode.
