Today we had the pleasure of chopping it up with our brothers up north. Justin and Eric are both full-time instructors at Renzo Gracie Ottawa. When they're not busy churning out some of the baddest grapplers in Canada they are also full-time competitor. We got to go over a range of topics including the current state of Jiu-Jitsu in Canada, training camp for the upcoming Pan-ams, and some of their future goals.
