Kimber Parris-Bartman, along with her husband David Bartman, is the co-owner and Co-brewer of mom & pop brewery, Art Bop Beer Co. Kimber is also a volunteer with the Talent Public Arts Committee. She moved to Southern Oregon in 2009 just after graduating with a degree in Philosophy and Ethics and has been living in the Talent / Ashland area for nearly 13 years.
