Dr. Don Moss provides a guided medtation through metta:  loving kindness meditation, referring to translations from the original sutra teachings. This gentle guided meditation is widely used to support emotional and mind-body wellness, and also prevent burnout and build mindful leadership.

As a service to our larger community, Saybrook University is offering a daily mindful moment through April 30, 2020, beginning at 12:15 PM Eastern. Designed to be 15 minutes in length, our Mind-Body Medicine faculty have banded together to provide these sessions as a source of centering and solace in these extraordinary times.
