Welcome to another episode of The Gynarchy Podcast! Today, I’m speaking with a board-certified ob/gyn, menopause specialist, and longevity medicine doctor, Dr. Jila Senemar, about a very confusing time of life: perimenopause.
In “Episode 29: Perimenopause”, we discuss what this transition period to menopause looks like, symptoms associated with it, other medical risks and concerns during this time, and introduce some treatment approaches.
