I am Tonitia Langley. I live in Greenville, North Carolina. I am happily married to a person that I have been in a well-rounded relationship of over 30 years. That amazing relationship makes me the proud mother of three grown children and five fabulous grandchildren. I am an African American, Christian woman and an Educational Consultant and CEO/Founder of Enrichment Strategist Services LLC a HUB Certified Business for the state of North Carolina.
I have a unique perspective because I previously reinvented myself in a new market by taking my superpowers of a healthy interpersonal outlook, and efficient interpersonal skills empowering others to meet goals in educational settings. In addition to being an Education Consultant, I am an Empowerment Coach with Virtual and In Person Speaking Engagements via Television and radio broadcast, a motivational show on FB Live called & Better NOT Bitter, conferences and workshop to enrich the lives of others. As a result of my services as an Education Consultant & Empowerment Coach, my clients get it done from non-productive atmospheres to conducive learning environments, from high staff/teacher absenteeism and low job satisfaction to increased staff/ teacher attendance, from not meeting mutual goals to meeting GROWTH and desired outcomes.
I am looking for individuals who want positive work environments, attendance impacting productivity and THRIVING communities of GROWTH!! I have 3 signature programs that intentionally addresses the main facets in educational settings which include a collaborative, positivity event for staff, a personal assistant program to attend to the individual needs of teachers and their budgets, and an in-house audit and evaluation program for schools and programs. I’m determined to show up as the best version of myself because I am a life-long learner and lover of helping people.
I have been blessed to transform my life through a positive mindset, seeking knowledge and education. It is my mission to do the same for those entrusting me in their Villages to provide them with enriching experiences for them to successfully and consistently make progress and growth. I stand firm in “To Whom Much is Given…Much is Required.” This is what keeps me focused on my goals.
