In this podcast I talk about what would make a good survival kit. I made up a list of items that would make a great starter kit and I also talk about my recent trip into the woods where I put to test a cheap survival kit, which made me want to make my own list. When making a survival kit, or buying one, always remember to test your equipment BEFORE you head out. Its much easier to learn how to use something in a controlled environment and not when your life is depending on it.
