In this week’s episode we stay in our favorite era to watch one of Joel’s favorite childhood movies, “The Emperor’s New Groove” from the year 2000. Neither of us appreciated this film when it was released but as we watched it over the years it just got better. The sarcasm goes over kids’ heads at some points, so this movie is great for all ages. Joel even went all out and made a Pacha Halloween costume a few years back. We talk about all the funny one-liners and the impressive talent of the voice actors. This movie would not be the same without these actors. In the end, this movie has a great message and through humor teaches us what it means to be a good person and what is important in life.
