In this episode, I finish exploring the 5 Practices of Freedom. Today’s episode focuses on the fifth and final practice: Resilience. I speak of resilience as an honoring, instead of a hustling to push through, as it is often framed in Dominant Dogma. I share my own analogy of how patient and steady showing up to commit to your freedom practices can actually be, as well as the importance of unhooking from the belief that being resilient means always having to be positive, on the ball or hyper-focused. I also leave you with a presence exercise to help you build your capacity each day, as well as journal prompts around resilience and more questions to support you as you embody all 5 practices in your life moving forward.
