The daily newspaper has chosen to focus on the cost of legal counsel defending Supervisor of Elections Robert Bender against a lawsuit filed by Bruce Childers, husband of County Clerk Pam Childers.  PNJ chose not to point out how the judge denied the Childers effort to get on the ballot because Pam's version of the events wasn't true and made little sense. Plus, there was the video.
