What if I just want to be comfortable? Why should I have to get out of my comfort zone and face my fear? And what is so important about having the right beliefs?

We all want what we want. And inversely, we don't want what we don't want. It only seems to make sense that we should try to have more of the things that we like in our life as well as less of the things that we consider unpleasant. Likewise, if we believe a certain way and hold certain views that seem to suit us, it only seems natural to continue on with them - especially if they don't seem directly harmful to anyone. However, the things we would rather avoid and the ways that we prefer to see things can be a huge vulnerability that a manipulator can use to split us wide open. Listen in and find out:
