So many times we chase shadows instead of chasing the real deal. We chase after ‘the created’ instead of ‘the Creator’ Himself who can lead us into the enviable positions He has planned for us.

““If God gives so much attention to the appearance of wildflowers—most of which are never even seen—don’t we think he’ll attend to us, take pride in us, do his best for us? God desires that we ‘relax’ to not be so preoccupied with getting, so we can respond to His giving. Steeping our lives in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Not worrying about missing out. And in so doing, we will find all our everyday human concerns being met.”
