Welcome to Part II of our sequel series about how to escape and stay free from sabotaging influences.
How do you know who to trust when it comes to working through life's tough issues? And how do you figure out who not to trust?
No one wants to be deceived, manipulated, or have the advantage taken of them by an unscrupulous person. But at the same time, we still have to open up and trust someone to help us work through things - no matter how hurt we may have been in the past! Yet we have to learn how to do that as safely and effectively as possible...which is exactly what we are setting out to talk about in this episode! Listen in and find out:
1. why we often default to trusting the wrong people with our heart's vulnerabilities,
2. how to recognize when you are using the wrong indicators of trustworthiness,
3. and what we can do to protect ourselves from even our own thoughts and feelings misleading us.
