Most netballers don’t intentionally “quit training” over summer.

They just slowly stop moving.

A couple of weeks off becomes two months… and suddenly September arrives and they feel slow, heavy, unfit and miles behind.

In this episode, I talk about why the off-season matters so much for netballers, especially as we get older, and exactly what I’m focusing on this summer to stay strong, fit, and ready for next season.

  • and why consistency beats extremes every time.

Because the goal isn’t to survive pre-season.
