Welcome to Part VI of our sequel series about how to escape and stay free from sabotaging influences.
How do you talk to someone who you think might be getting manipulated or even brainwashed? When they start suddenly changing and becoming unlike themselves, is there a way of approaching them to be a counter-influence to whatever negative thing is going on in their life?
Sometimes it can be difficult to put our finger on the specific things we are picking up on about someone who we feel is being manipulated – let alone how to talk to them about it. Listen to this episode to find out:
1. what kind of changes of habits and personal style indicate that someone is under the influence of a controlling person,
2. the diplomatic way to speak to someone who has become entangled in someone else's will for their life,
3. and how to stay out of the trap of becoming seen as a threat to someone whose mind is already under a lot of weight.
