A group of Perdido Key beachfront homeowners have file a suit to determine the validity of certain claims by Escambia County that the public has the right to use 75 feet of certain parcels within the Gulf Beach Subdivision of Perdido Key as a public beach based on an easement purportedly created in the 1950s.  Moorhead Law Group's Robert Powell represents the six condo associations and discusses the case with Rick Outzen.
