The two day rule is: when starting a new healthy habit and implementing it into your life you are allowed to take days off. But never more then one in a row. And with no less then 2 days of implementing your new habit in between.
In this episode I ask my listeners to help hold me accountable to stick to my 30 day challenge by following me through this challenge. I have pledged to them and myself to get a workout, meditate, and have a healthy breakfast every morning, as well as stick to a skin care routine, for the next 30 day.
