Adrian is the founder and CEO of Cover 3 Consulting, a recruiting firm that focuses on the transportation and logistics industry since 2019. An athlete his whole life, Adrian Chapman learned the value of recruiting early. Adrian was a college football and track athlete graduating from Minnesota State University and had a chance to compete with the United States Bobsled team’s developmental squad for a year.
