Alice Roosevelt, the 'American Princess', came from one of the most famous political dynasties. She spent her life in politics, albeit with initial reluctance, and became one of the most influential 'it girls' of the time. From her tumultuous relationship with her husband and relations, to her travels across Asia, Alice led an interesting life. She made her presence felt and was a significant influence in the American political sphere, and campaigned and championed various causes until she died.
