Today’s guest, Selma Wilson, lights a fire under all of us as she inspires us with her story of becoming the first female Vice President of Lifeway Christian Resources. Selma is a cheerleader of people and challenges us to use our influence to help identify and spur on those around us in their strengths. She also shares how as leaders, we oftentimes have to face hard situations and criticism, but in those instances, it is an opportunity to learn, grow, and deepen our walk with the Lord. 

Selma was the first woman in Lifeway’s history to serve as a senior leader. Selma Wilson was named Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Organizational Development, at Lifeway Christian Resources in February 2015. She has been married to Rodney Wilson for 42 years and has served with him in various ministry roles. Selma has two adult daughters, two son-in-laws, and is grandmother to Josiah, Abby, Caleb, Emmy, and Judah.
