My son broke & displaced his tibia going down a slide yesterday. They had to x-ray his leg, so we had to hold down our 1 year old son who was confused, in pain, and afraid while they did it. To him, it probably felt like we didn't care. To us, our hearts were breaking. Well...I believe we have all felt this way about God. We have felt alone, afraid, and left holding a broken heart wondering where is God? Doesn't he care? Let me assure you, he does.
