In this episode we define what building awareness as the 3rd stage in the Transformative Model. This stage is often the most crucial and helps us become very curious about who we are in the world. This stage is where we develop our understanding of patterns and behaviors that we have. As we become aware when are then provided the opportunity to move towards transforming those patterns and invite new patterns.
