Some of her past roles included Head of Global Development and Learning at BASF and she has worked and lived in Germany, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong. Jodie is also a board member of the Organisation Design Institute and Organization Design Forum, and is Faculty for European Organisation Design Forum.
