Today's episode includes an extraordinary guest for us, Chief Danny Williams. Chief Williams has been a Battalion Chief with Lady's Island Fire Department for over 37 years.

He has served through many of the changes the fire service tends to see over time and knows what it takes to adapt to those changes and come out a better firefighter and organization.

Chief Williams has been married to his best friend Melissa for 27 years and credits his success as a husband, father, and fireman to her and their son's continued support.
