This is quite a short episode but I wanted to share some pretty immediate thoughts I had about how complacency affects us and the education system. Complacency is dangerous, and is on my mind a lot. I could do an entire episode on a day in the life or something where I go through any number of the wild things we have to deal with as teachers, but I think I fit a lot in just 14 minutes so I hope you enjoy!
