12:00 Reframe your thinking and stop thinking in terms of “shoulds” I should do this or that, NO! what do you want to do? What is going to drive you forward on your own time? Talk to yourself in terms of can, or will. If you say you should be something that’s setting an expectation and just trapping you in a prison. If you’re being pulled to complete a task that’s completely different from what what you think you should be “doing”— stop obsessing over it and do the task that is calling to you because you will have way more creative energy for it. As soon as you give that project your full attention and dedicate time to it, resistance will free up when you complete it and you’ll find that you have the energy for other projects.

Letting go can be difficult so the best way I’ve found that works for me is reminding myself that everything in this universe is working for me, just as it always has, not against me. I say “I trust that things will work out, on the most divine timeline for me” obsessing over things that you don’t have the answers to will create a huge block in your life.

I had a tarot reading the other week and I was obsessing about moving and I had no place to live or idea of what to do, it was keeping me stuck. If there’s something from your past that you’re holding onto, this is another thing that you will absolutely need to let go of. Think about it, if you’re clinging onto traumatic experiences thats taking up energy. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, just redistributed. So find ways to let go of trauma. My best piece of advice would be to journal about the emotions you have, figure out WHO and what negative experience taught you that emotion... and then release it.
