In this episode of "The Way Up Podcast with Geoff Knoll" I have the pleasure of interviewing Cullen Ellis. Cullen is 27 years old and has served in the U.S. Army for the last 8 years and is currently a drill sergeant stationed at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri. Three years ago he started investing in real estate and now owns and manages 9 units. He has positioned himself to be able to retire once he finishes his current military contract. 

Cullen did not start with a huge bank account or have anyone gift him any money to get started. He first utilized his VA loan eligibility to purchase his first duplex that started it all. Listen to him tell his story about having to get creative and not accept "NO" for an answer.  Cullen desperately wants to share this message with his brothers and sisters in the military community.
