Algae + Beer = ?

In this episode, we take a little break from our time-travelling endeavours and instead of going far we go deep. Jack is joined by Richard, a friend of the show, and they discuss how algae are used in brewing beer.

A little bit of intro/background: Richard is a brewer in our local area, and he’s got extensive knowledge and experience in beer brewing both at home and for sale. As the conversation goes on Richard also shares some interesting insights about whiskey.
